Cobolt Speechmaster W2 Talking Watch Instructions The setting functions are selected by a rotating disc on the left-hand edge of the watch. The disc has a raised pip to indicate its position. To change the settings, use the left button at the bottom of the face to change the hours and the right button for the minutes. The large button on the right of the face causes the time to be spoken. With the disc rotated fully anticlockwise (pip at 1 o'clock) the watch is in its normal operating mode with the alarm selected 'ON'. With the disc rotated fully clockwise (pip at 4 o'clock) the alarm is selected 'OFF'. Between the two extremes the disc can be set to 'TIME SET' (pip at 2 o'clock) or ALARM SET(pip at 3 o'clock). If you find it difficult to feel the difference in these two positions, they can be checked by pressing the speech button - if the TIME SET mode is selected the watch will speak the time as normal. If the ALARM SET mode is selected the watch will say 'ALARM' followed by the time. With the ALARM OFF mode selected the hour setting button selects between the 3 alarm sounds and the minute setting button turns the hourly reminder on and off. When the alarm sounds it can be silenced by pressing the lower left hour setting button. It will sound again after 10 minutes (snooze function). To silence it completely you must turn it off with the disc. The watch uses one Lithium CR-1026 battery. When required please return the watch to us and we will replace the battery, set the watch and return it to you. Modified 18/03/2020
