HEAT PAD / HEAT SCARF INSTRUCTIONS


Your heat pad/scarf has been designed to be used as either a warm or cold pad.

To use the heat pad / scarf cold it should be left in the refrigerator for as long as 
necessary.  The device should be positioned in such a way that drips and food particles do not fall onto the cover.

To use the heat pad / scarf warm, it should be heated in a microwave oven at full power for the following length of time:
Heat pad: Place the Heat Pad into the 
microwave and heat for one and a half to two minutes.
Heat scarf: When heating the Heat Scarf, fold the in half and place in the microwave for one to one and a half minutes.  Remove, shake and replace in the microwave for a further one to one and a half minutes.  Total heating time approx. two and half to three minutes.  



WARNING:- It is important that the pad or scarf is positioned centrally on the oven turntable and that it does not hang over the edge in a manner that could prevent the turntable from rotating.  If the 
turntable is prevented from rotating there is a danger that parts of the pad or scarf will become hot enough to burn.

All heating times are based on a 800 watt microwave oven—times may vary depending on the power size of the microwave oven used.  Do not exceed the recommended heating times.  Always allow the heat pad /scarf to cool fully before re-heating, as this affects the final temperature of the product.
