MOUSE MAGNIFIER STAND INSTRUCTIONS

CONTENTS:

*  The base with an attached threaded flange at one end.
*  A goose neck with the mouse magnifier platform on one end and a screw connection the opposite end 
*  2 x Cable tidy attached to the gooseneck.
*  Magnifier platform will include a Velcro security strap.
*  A sliding platform.

You will need to attach the gooseneck to the threaded flange on the base.  Connect the two sections together and turn the goose neck in a clockwise direction. Once the goose neck is attached to the base, ensure the mouse magnifier platform is positioned above the base, by folding the gooseneck towards you.

Place the sliding platform on the base of the unit, with the end lip facing upwards and at the furthest position from the goose neck connection.

Open the Velcro security strap on one side. Place your mouse magnifier on the platform, with the magnifier controls at the same end as the goose neck.  The guiding wheels on the magnifier should sit in the opening of the platform.  Secure the mouse magnifier using the Velcro security  strap.

If you are using the corded mouse magnifier you can lead the cable down the goose neck and use the cable tidy to secure and tidy the cable.

Please note: to use the mouse magnifier on the stand you will need to adjust the manual focus.  Once the mouse magnifier is set on the magnifier platform, this can easily be accessed and located in the underneath of the magnifier through the opening of the platform.

The magnifier stand can also be used to view items in the distance, such as a blackboard in a class room.  To do this adjust the magnifier platform, by pushing it up vertically, which will straighten the gooseneck.  The underneath of the magnifier should now be 
visible. Point the camera on the underside to face the item you wish to view.  You will now need to 
adjust the manual focus as before.
