Instructions

THE LAYOUT OF THE CALCUALTOR BUTTONS:
(Hold the unit with the display furthest away from you and facing upwards).

From left to right;
Top row of buttons - 						
VOLUME SLIDE SWITCH– off to the left, central position low volume, right position high volume.
MEMORY + / ALARM ON/OFF
MEMORY - / ALARM SET
MEMORY RECALL / SET HOURS
MEMORY CLEAR / SET MINUTES
Second row of buttons - 
PERCENTAGE KEY %, 7, 8, 9, DIVIDED BY, ALARM (Beep only. This displays the alarm time and is used when setting the alarm).
Third row of buttons - 
CLEAR ENTRY CE, 4, 5, 6, TIMES, TIME (Beep only)
Fourth row of buttons - 
ALL CLEAR AC, 1, 2, 3, MINUS
Fifth row of buttons - 
REPEAT, 0, POINT, EQUALS, PLUS

The equals button and the plus button are the largest on the calculator.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ALARM AND THE TIME ARE DISPLAYED AND DO NOT SPEAK.

TO SET THE TIME: 
You will hear a beep each time a button is pressed.
Press the TIME button.  
Press the SET/M- button.
Press the HOUR/MR button to set hours and MIN/MC button to set minutes.
The screen will automatically leave set mode after a few seconds.

TO SET THE ALARM:
You will hear a beep each time a button is pressed.
Press the ALARM button.
Press the SET/M- button.
Press the HOUR/MR button to set hours and MIN/MC button to set minutes.
The screen will automatically leave set mode after a few seconds.

To set the alarm on and off press ALARM ON/OFF - M+ button. A symbol will be displayed on the screen when the alarm is on.

To turn the calculator on press the ALL CLEAR  button. To display the alarm time press the ALARM  button and to display the clock time press the TIME button.

If you wish to hear the last spoken calculation or digits, press the REPEAT button.

To change the batteries:

The compartment is on the back of the calculator, top left hand corner. Push the compartment away from you towards the top of the calculator.
The flat end of the batteries need to be in contact with the spring in the battery compartment.
